I started Found and Visible because I was the customer nobody was helping properly. Running three very real businesses – The Belmont Barmouth (Holiday let in North Wales). The Rose Property Group (serviced accommodation), and Cheshire Wetrooms (local trade business in Cheshire).
All of them depended on Google and search engines to generate enquiries. None of their websites were doing this consistently.
We were paying for websites that looked professional and ranked for nothing. I’ve sat through agency presentations full of graphs, I ran ads that worked only while we kept paying. I watched Airbnb and booking portals take a significant cut out of every reservation while my own websites sat invisible.
At some point I stopped waiting for someone else to fix it and started understanding it myself.
I learned how Google actually reads and ranks a local business website. I applied it. The Belmont moved from average to ranking 8.5. Direct Bookings increased. Cheshire Wetrooms reached Page 1 within weeks of the rebuild and enquiries came in consistently. The Rose Property Group ranks on Page 1 for the key terms I I wanted it to be found for all without ads.
